The Fine Print

What is the cost breakdown?
     The fee above includes my design fee (design time, communication, and physical pickup and shipping of your suite), standard white envelopes (A7 outer), their shipping, and digital prints of the 5x7 invitation. Cost of materials, their upgrades and any changes to the semi-custom designs are subject to an upgraded price and will be disclosed as such by the Artist.

What if you need more than 50 invites?
     If you need more than 50 invites, please choose the appropriate number within the drop down menu. Orders are only in quantities of 25 after the initial 50.

     Minimum orders of 50 invites for each collection. If you are interested in smaller orders, please fill out the contact form here.

I bought my suite! What's next?
     Once I receive your purchase, I will send you an order form of all the information needed for the semi-custom suite. After you have sent that to me, I will send you a digital proof to your email within 3 business days. Please review and approve within 4-5 business days. Once I have the approval, I will send everything to print and give you timely updates on when to expect your suite!

How do you figure out how many invites you need?
     Great question! Most stationery designers say 1 (one) invitation suite per household. This means that 1 (one) addressed envelope and all its ingredients is sent to the whole family. If the household has two roommates that are both coming to the wedding, that household receives 2 (two) individually addressed envelopes. If there is a person 18 or older in the family household, they traditionally receive their own invitation.

Changes to the agreed design and suite will result in additional charges, including, but not limited to the re-design fee and the materials used. If changes are required, a new contract will need to be reviewed and signed. Additional steps may apply. All suites created by SHE Studio Co. are a product of their designs. Once purchased and a confirmation email is received by SHE Studio Co., the client will then receive an email confirming the order. The Client must approve and finalize all projects to send to print. From confirmation email to prints in Client's hand is about 1-2 months (average turnaround time, may vary during peak wedding months). Additional charges may apply for rush orders.
